As much as we want to sell helmets that are 100% perfect, it is a fact of life that a certain percentage of them we ship may be defective. We hope that you understand that these imperfections are not intentional. If you buy an item from a local store and wish to bring it back, you don't ask the store for reimbursement of your trip. We work the same way. If you receive an imperfect helmet (strap missing, etc.) and wish to return it to us, you will be responsible for shipping charges to us.
All orders (Canadian and International) are shipped by the Canada Post. Your order will usually ship within 1-3 business days after you receive an emailed confirmation by bernhelmets.ca of your order. We do not ship to PO boxes. We can only ship to your credit card billing address for security reasons. If you would like us to ship to a different address you will need to call your credit card company and have them add an alternate address to your card.
We will make all efforts to ship your order within 1-3 business days of order receipt. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed that following Monday. During the holidays and Sundays, our order processing time may increase.
All online store sales are final. No refunds. Exchanges are allowed if the product is returned in the original package un-used and within 15 days. Shipping and handling fees as well as return shipping charges are not refundable unless otherwise stated elsewhere in page.
